Bianca and Kat are two sisters. Bianca, the younger one, is the most beautiful and popular girl in school, but she has never dated anyone. On the other hand, Kat has a fierce, sarcastic, and rough personality that keeps everyone at bay. Bianca wants to date someone, but the family rules prevent her from doing so until Kat dates someone first, which seems impossible.
