Jeff Chang is hardworking, Casey is crazy, and Miller is the mediator between the two. They are very close friends. Casey and Miller plan a surprise for Jeff on his 21st birthday. Jeff, fueled by his friends’ enthusiasm, decides to do whatever he wants that night, even forgetting about an important meeting the next day. They think nothing bad will happen to them.
