Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the second movie of 21 Jump Street series promises an entertaining experience. Written by Michael Bacall, known for his work on Project X, the movie features Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, and Ice Cube in the lead roles. After its premiere in New York on July 4, 2014, the film was released in the US on July 13 and in Turkey on August 8, 2014. With a budget of around 65 million dollars, the film has grossed over 330 million dollars worldwide.
In the movie, high school graduates Jenko and Schmidt successfully complete their first missions as undercover cops. Now, they are assigned a new mission to infiltrate a university campus. While Jenko joins the football team, Schmidt becomes involved in the theater group, leading them to question their partnership. As they navigate through the challenges of college life, the duo must prove their maturity and capability to overcome obstacles.
