In 1950s France, a wealthy family gathers in a luxurious mansion in a secluded area to celebrate the New Year. However, their holiday is derailed when the patriarch of the family is found murdered. Suspicions run high as it seems that any of the 8 women present in the house could be the killer. Could it be the powerful wife? Or perhaps the mother-in-law? The stingy mother?
