Former mafia Joey Cusack, now Tom Stall, opens a restaurant in a small town in Philadelphia to leave his criminal past behind. However, his past catches up with him when he kills two robbers one night at his restaurant. As news of his actions spread, Tom finds himself unable to escape his former life and is forced to confront his past.
