Airheads 1994
Three friends Chazz (Frazier), Rex (Buscemi), and Pip (Sandler) form a rock band called the Lone Rangers. Chazz always sneaks into the radio station but can’t get their own songs played and gets thrown out before he can. A fight with his girlfriend escalates Chazz’s determination. They already have toys because they were in the same place. Then, on their way back to the police station, they argue when Rex pulls out a toy gun, leading people there to think it’s real. Chazz, Rex, and Pip take everyone working there, including a radio DJ (Joe Mantegna), hostage. The police try to figure out a way to get them out without hurting anyone as the group starts to gain a fan following. When one of the tapes gets damaged, the trio needs another copy from the police. One copy is in the hands of Chazz’s ex-girlfriend, who had already thrown it away in anger. Officer Wilson (Chris Farley) is on a mission to find it.
