Aliens 1986
The only survivor from the Nostromo is Lieutenant Ellen Ripley. Awakened from her half-century slumber, she is brought back to Earth. When she arrives on Earth, she learns that the planet where they found the creatures has since been colonized and people now live there. The colony has been out of contact for a long time. Ripley forms a specialist commando team to go to the planet to destroy the creatures and rescue any survivors. The undisputed best film in the series, ‘Aliens’, won an Oscar for Best Sound Effects and Best Visual Effects.
