An American Tail 1986
The story of AMERICAN MOUSE takes place in the 19th century and follows a mouse family living in Russia preparing to move to America. Fleeing from a cat dynasty that has taken over their country, the family hopes to find peace on the other side of the ocean. However, they soon realize they were mistaken when they set out on their journey. Their first adventure on the road occurs when a storm hits and the youngest member of the family goes missing. They are eventually safely rescued and arrive in New York. Settling in a suburb of the city, the family embarks on a new adventure of having to protect themselves from cats.
