Swifty, the Arctic fox, works at the Arctic Blast Delivery Service. His dream is to become one of the Top Dogs, the star couriers of the Arctic. To prove he is worthy of this role, he sets out to deliver a mysterious package to a secret location. Along the way, he stumbles upon a hidden fortress where he meets Otto Von Walrus, a genius with mechanical legs who is plotting to melt the ice caps and flood the world. Swifty soon learns of Otto’s plan and realizes that he will need the help of his friends to save the world.
