Film is about the question that comes to every child’s mind: “How does Santa deliver all these gifts in one night?” It answers the question with: “Through Santa’s operation center under the North Pole.” When Santa forgets to deliver a gift to one of the children of the world, Arthur, the youngest member of the family, is sent to deliver the final gift before Christmas morning.
