Two crazy cops, Mike and Marcus, are once again tasked with stopping the biggest drug traffic in Miami. Their calm investigation leads them into dangerous waters as they pursue the man behind the city’s entire drug traffic, one of the underworld’s most powerful men. Marcus’s sister also joins the family, and Mike becomes very attracted to the beautiful woman. A passionate love affair begins between them.
