Wang Buer (Wen Zhang) and Huang Feihong (Jet Li) are tasked with solving a series of murders in Hong Kong. The case is intriguing as all the men killed are former boyfriends of a beautiful young woman named Liu. Buer and Feihun devise a deadly game plan to crack the case. One of the cops will become Liu’s girlfriend and go after the killer.
