Prison Break Joe (Willis) and his sick friend Terry (Thornton) devise an interesting robbery technique by taking a bank teller hostage the night before and accompanying him to work the next morning. The media focuses on them and exaggerates their skills, but the two puppets just want to collect enough money and escape to Mexico to live a free and lawful life. However, their plans change when a housewife named Kate Wheeler (Blanchette) hits Terry with her car. This woman, whom they are forced to take hostage, becomes involved in the duo’s criminal adventure. In a way, Kate has found what she was looking for and has escaped from her monotonous life. The outlaws fall in love with her and these outlaws – yes, both of them… Because Joe and Terry only become perfect lovers when they complement each other…
