Barquero 1970
Jake Remy (Warren Oates) and his gang try to escape to Mexico after a big heist. However, they come across a river and the only way to cross it is through a ferry run by a man named Travis (Lee Van Cleef). Travis refuses to let the gang cross and instead helps several locals to cross the river. A fierce rivalry ensues between Jake Remy and Travis. However, there is one man left. This man happens to be Anna’s (Mariette Hartley) husband, who Travis is in love with. Anna offers to be with Travis if he saves her husband. Nola (Marie Gomez), who lives with Travis, understands the situation but stays silent to not lose her man.
