Before Sunset 2004
American writer Jesse and French Celine meet on a train traveling from Budapest to Vienna. Despite their mutual attraction, they keep their feelings to themselves. Nine years later, Jesse, now in France to promote his new book, meets Celine in Paris just before his flight takes off. They spend a few hours walking around Paris, talking about things they never got the chance to do, and forming a deep connection. Richard Linklater’s film, which has garnered attention at international festivals, takes the audience on a journey through the nature of human relationships with its witty dialogue.
