Ouistreham 2021
Famous writer Marianne Winckler is set to write a book in France about social injustice and future anxiety. In order to conduct her research, she travels to the north of France and joins a group of women working as cleaners without revealing her true identity, experiencing firsthand the social invisibility and financial struggles. Despite the harsh conditions, a strong sense of solidarity among the women emerges; however, will their trust be shaken when her true identity is revealed?
