Beverly Hills Ninja 1997
A group of ninja warriors rescue a child from a shipwreck. Believing that the child will one day join the ranks of a powerful white warrior, the ninja adopts him, trains him as a ninja, and names him Haru. However, as Haru grows up, it becomes clear that he is not cut out to be a warrior. Fat, clumsy, and foolish, Haru can barely stand on his own two feet, let alone become a ninja. But when a mysterious woman comes to their aid, Haru’s fate changes as he gets involved in a battle against an international crime syndicate in Beverly Hills to solve a murder. Starring the late Saturday Night Live comedian Chris Farley and Desperate Housewives’ Nicollette Sheridan, with appearances by comedian Chris Rock. Keep an eye out for the comedic scenes, especially the one where Haru dresses up as a Japanese chef!
