Nick and his partner Charlie, detectives in a murder squad, witness a yakuza killing in New York and capture the killer. After receiving orders to hand over the prisoner to Japanese police, they set off on a journey. However, upon entering Japan, they find themselves in a fierce chase with the yakuza hot on their trail.
