Figure skaters tough guy Chazz Michael Michaels (Ferrell) and Jimmy MacElroy (Heder) get into an incredible fight on the world championship ice, getting banned for life from men’s singles. They find a loophole in the system and get a chance to lace up their skates again. All they have to do is compete together in pairs.
