Jim has lost his wife and Lauren is a single mother living with her children after a divorce. They are set up to meet by a friend and have a disastrous first date at a bar. They promise not to see each other again, but fate has other plans. Unknowingly, the two families plan a vacation with their children and end up in the same African safari resort, staying in the same room. As they are forced to spend a week together, their adventure-filled days turn into a fun and beautiful experience. Directed by Frank Coraci, the film stars Adam Sandler as Jim, Drew Barrymore as Lauren, and Wendi McLendon-Covey as Jen.
