Blue Bayou 2021
Blue Bayou is inspired by real events and follows the story of Antonio LeBlanc, a Korean adoptee who grew up in the United States and has a happy marriage with his wife Kathy. Raised in Louisiana, he takes care of his stepdaughter and is very content with Kathy. However, a misunderstanding leads to LeBlanc being arrested and transferred to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), facing deportation. He begins to fight for the only place he calls home, his family, and his house. Blue Bayou is a timely and sensitive story about someone unsure of where they belong, given recent events.
