Basketball player Alfred “Boogie” Chin, who lives in New York, dreams of playing in the NBA one day. His family pressures him to earn a scholarship to attend an elite university. Boogie navigates through different aspects of his life such as his family’s expectations, his new girlfriend, and his opponents on the court, all while trying to pave his own path.
