Violet (Jennifer Tilly) is the sexy girlfriend of Sizer (Joe Pantoliano), a man who launders money for the mafia. Everything is going smoothly until Violet meets Corky (Gina Gershon), a woman who has just been released on parole after serving five years in prison for theft. Corky starts working in the apartment building where Violet lives, and their friendship grows stronger each day. Violet begins to see Corky’s past life as her only chance to start a new life. They plan to steal money together and run away, but things don’t go as expected when the money goes missing and Caesar realizes.
