Boys on the Side 1995
Jane DeLuca, a black lesbian rock singer, has recently been dumped by her girlfriend and fired from the cheap nightclub where she works. She decides to change her life by moving to Los Angeles, with a WASP real estate agent named Robin accompanying her. Their journey takes a temporary stop in Pittsburgh, where they visit Holly, a young friend of Jane’s who is pregnant and being abused by her drug-dealing boyfriend. Holly joins them, and the three of them continue their journey together.
