Newly retired dentist Caroline is still struggling to cope with the shock of losing her best friend. Her daughters send her to an institute called Les Beaux Jours where retirees take sewing, table tennis, and computer classes. There, she meets Julien, who is 20 years her junior, and embarks on a passionate relationship that turns her retirement life upside down.
