Bringing Down the House 2003
Peter Sanderson is a successful lawyer whose life is turned upside down when his wife leaves him. He meets a woman online named Charlene, who he falls in love with. However, when they finally meet in person, he realizes she is actually an escaped convict. Despite his efforts to get rid of her, Charlene turns his life upside down and asks for his help to clear her name. As Peter tries to navigate his complicated relationships with Charlene, his ex-wife, and a wealthy potential client, chaos ensues.
