Two naughty boys are fighting in a playground… Their parents try to solve and sweeten a seemingly ordinary fight in a modern way with an invitation to their home. But as they try to resolve the issue in a civilized manner at first, things take a turn and everyone ends up hiding from each other. No one can escape from this small-scale “massacre”… Based on the Tony Award-winning play “The God of Carnage” by French playwright Yasmina Reza, the film depicts the bizarre events that unfold as a result of a dispute between two 11-year-old boys who fought at school. Described as a black comedy, the film is directed by Polish director Roman Polanski and features an ensemble cast of Oscar-winning actors (Kate Winslet, Christoph Waltz, Jodie Foster, John C. Reilly).
