Tenkû no shiro Rapyuta 1986
Shita, a girl held captive on a zeppelin by a government agency, tries to escape when attacked by sky pirates but falls from the ship. Falling rapidly through the clouds, unconscious Shita’s necklace with a blue stone suddenly emits light, and she slowly descends to the ground, embracing the light. Pazu, a boy working as a miner in a town, accidentally saves Sheeta falling from the sky and hides her in his home.
