Chain Reaction 1996
Eddie Kasaliwicz, a technician on a team at the University of Chicago, discovers a cheap, non-polluting alternative fuel source. When one of the leaders of the team is murdered and the invention is stolen, Eddie and physicist Lily Sinclair set out to track down the culprits, finding themselves in a relentless pursuit for their lives. The FBI, CIA, and other agencies become involved in the case.
