City of Ember 2008
The film tells the story of two children, Lina and Dong, who live in Ember City where the sky is always dark and the sun never rises. As the energy sources of Ember City begin to run out, the lights in the city start flickering and going out. Following this, the two siblings start searching for solutions to unravel the mystery that has existed since the founding of Ember City and bring sunlight back to the people.
