Cocktail 1988
After returning from the army, Brian Flanigan (Tom Cruise) looks for a job in New York. He starts attending night school because he doesn’t have a higher education. In the meantime, he finds a part-time job as a bartender. When his boss Doug Coughlin (Brian Brown) teaches him some tricks, they both become the most popular bartenders in town. They save up money and go to Jamaica where Brian meets Jordan (Elizabeth Shue) and falls in love with her. But when Jordan chooses to be with an older and wealthy man, she leaves him.
