Charlie (Eddie Murphy) and Phil’s (Jeff Garlin) advertising careers come to an end after they ruin a project. Unable to afford to send their kids to the expensive Chapman Academy, they are left with the responsibility of looking after their children at home. The duo, successful in their task, discover a way to make money by taking in other children alongside their own. They eventually open a daycare center and start attracting students from a rival daycare, much to the displeasure of the rival center’s director. After all, taking care of children is supposed to be women’s work…
