Brad Whitaker struggles to become a stepfather to his wife’s two children, but his plans are thrown into chaos when their biological father, Dusty, shows up. Dusty, a cool and confident man, becomes a rival to Brad in the role of father, creating a competition between them. As Brad tries to prove himself as a father figure to his stepchildren, he must also contend with Dusty’s presence and the challenges that come with it.
