Death Note – Desu nôto: The Last Name 2006
The first film continues where it left off. In “Family Name”, Misa, who appeared at the end of the first film, is highlighted. A jealous death angel named Envious, who has been watching her for a long time and admiring her, sacrifices himself to extend Misa’s life when she is about to be killed, and the death angel’s notebook falls into Misa’s hands. When she touches the notebook, she meets a death angel named Rem, who came to the world to protect her upon Envious’s request. In order for the light to still enter the desired world order, she needs to surpass L, but she failed. Misa, who is a huge fan of Kira (Light) due to some events in her past, and supports him. Now, she has declared herself the second Kira and decided to join forces with Light. On the other hand, L and the police continue their efforts to reach Kira and uncover the events.
