Deep Blue Sea 1999
A wealthy businessman, Russell Franklin, invests in a project to find a cure for brain cancer. The project, led by scientist Susan, aims to enlarge the brains of sharks in order to study a certain enzyme that could potentially cure cancer. Through experiments, the sharks become smarter and more aggressive, using their newfound intelligence to hunt for prey. When the sharks escape from the facility, they head towards the open sea, posing a threat to anyone in their path.
