Kale Brecht (Shia LaBeouf) is sentenced to three months of house arrest and spends his days spying on his neighbors. What starts off as a fun game soon turns terrifying when he becomes convinced that his next-door neighbors are serial killers. Unable to prove it to anyone and trapped inside his house due to the alarm, Kale enlists the help of his friends to uncover the truth. As they delve deeper, they find themselves face to face with a cold-blooded killer.
