Fragile young woman Chloé believes that her severe and persistent stomach pains stem from a psychological disorder. She finds herself on the couch of psychoanalyst Paul Meyer, but their mutual and relentless sexual attraction makes continuing therapy impossible. After falling in love with her therapist, she discovers that he has been hiding a part of his identity.
