Empire State 2013
Chris Potamitis (Liam Hemsworth), who failed to enter the police academy, starts working as a security guard at Empire State Armored Truck Company. When Chris makes the mistake of telling his best friend Eddie (Michael Angarano) about the company’s security flaws, he soon finds himself involved in a meticulously planned heist to steal the incredible amount of money stored inside the company. As the day of the robbery approaches, the danger around them closes in, forcing Chris and Eddie to evade both the skilled Police Detective James Ransone (Dwayne Johnson) who is closely following the case, and the local crime bosses who want to know who is behind the heist.
