Uthur Pendragon takes the mysterious sword Excalibur from the wizard Merlin. When Uthur dies, he embeds the sword in a stone, decreeing that whoever pulls it out will be the king of England. This retelling of the familiar tale of King Arthur received an Oscar nomination for its stunning visuals.
