Orin Boyd, a tough cop who doesn’t care much about rules and always prefers to follow his own laws. After violating all orders in an operation, he is sent to one of the worst areas of the city – and as always, he succeeds despite everything. Here he sees that many police officers are collaborating with the mafia and drug dealers. Who to trust, who is good, who is bad is never clear. To make things even more complicated, Orin must work with fugitive Latrell to fight against the most powerful drug mafia in the area. However, Latrell also has problems and reluctantly agrees to work with Orin.
