Far from Heaven 2002
In the 1950s in America, Frank and Kathleen Whitaker, a happy couple living in Connecticut with their two children, enjoy a peaceful and content life. Frank is a busy executive at the retail company Magnatech, often working late hours. One night, Kathleen asks him to bring home a leftover cake from a party, only to discover Frank in a compromising situation with another man at the office. Feeling guilty and ashamed, Frank agrees to seek therapy. Meanwhile, Kathleen befriends their black gardener, Raymond, causing controversy among their neighbors. Despite the challenges, the family seems to find their way back to happiness. However, a planned vacation to Miami turns out to be the beginning of the end for their marriage.
