Jonas Maldonado, a young man with a short stature, follows in the footsteps of his father, a NYPD officer he believes was killed on duty. Convinced his father was a “good cop,” Malo leaves his life behind to join the police academy in search of his father’s killers. After graduating, he joins a police team led by his father’s former partner, Vito Sarcone. However, this group uses the organization for profit through corruption. Malo intervenes in this environment of immorality and violence, and begins to uncover the truths behind his father’s death; he plans to seek revenge for everything that has happened.
