In 1888 London, the poor live in makeshift city buildings, chased by gangs, and one of Mary Kelly’s small group of friends (Graham) is murdered. A vicious killer catches the attention of Inspector Abberline (Depp), a genius with the ability to see the future at work but also a troubled man. Abberline becomes deeply involved in this case, and as he gets closer to the truth, the danger for Mary and the other girls grows. Will he be able to wield the power sent from Hell to seek revenge?
