The film follows the intense interviews between Richard Nixon, played by Frank Langella, and David Frost, played by Michael Sheen. Nixon, a former US President, had a deep impact on the Republican Party. The screenplay was written by Peter Morgan, known for The Queen and The Last King of Scotland. Langella and Sheen both delivered outstanding performances in their roles. Nixon served as Vice President and President but resigned due to public pressure during the Watergate scandal. He won the presidency in 1968 and 1972 but faced challenges during his tenure.
