Garden State 2004
Andrew Largeman is a struggling TV actor trying to grow up. Convinced by his psychiatrist father that he caused his mother’s death, he begins to understand life more fully when he rejects the medications prescribed by his father and doctor upon hearing of his mother’s passing. After finally experiencing the emotions he has longed for, he meets a troubled young woman and starts a relationship, facing his own demons along the way.
