Glory 1989
During the American Civil War in 1862, the idea of forming a black regiment emerged. Colonel Robert Swan (Matthew Broderick) leads the 54th Massachusetts Regiment, comprised of black soldiers. The film tells the story of the Civil War, slavery, and the desire of black individuals to discover themselves.
