Tschick 2016
Maik, who lives in Berlin, is a rebellious type but has grown up in a wealthy family. His summer holiday plans with his family are suddenly disrupted when his mother is admitted to a rehabilitation center. His father also disappears on a business trip with his assistant. Maik is now alone at home and it is uncertain how much of the summer vacation he will spend alone. Passing his days relaxing by the pool, Maik is surprised when his school friend, Russian immigrant Tschick, shows up with a stolen car. Tschick’s plan is to embark on an adventure with Maik, and they hit the road together….
