One day, best friends Sam and Sonny come across a mischievous talking puppet named Slappy, who comes to life from R.L. Stine’s unpublished book “Goosebumps.” Slappy wants to create his own family and kidnaps Sonny’s mother, bringing all the terrifying creatures back to life for Halloween. With the town under siege by monsters, mysterious creatures, and witches, Sonny joins forces with his sister to thwart Slappy’s evil plan.
