Great Expectations 2012
Orphaned boy Pip’s (Jerem Orwin) fate changes when a mysterious benefactor helps him. Pip quickly rises in society, using his new status to connect with childhood love Estella (Holiday Granger). Raised by Miss Havisham (Helena Bonham Carter), who harbors a deep hatred towards men, Estella initially reciprocates Pip’s feelings but things don’t go as planned. Pip’s love for Estella leads to great disappointment. Directed by Jeremy Irwin, the film stars Helena Bonham Carter and Ralph Fiennes.
