Green Street 2005
Lexi Alexander’s film “Green Street Hooligans,” tells the story of Matt, a successful student at Harvard University who gets expelled for drugs found in his dorm. He moves in with his sister and her British husband, who is a hardcore West Ham United fan. Despite initially having no interest in football, Matt finds himself drawn into the world of the Green Street Elite, a hooligan group. He starts attending matches and channeling his pent-up aggression through senseless fanaticism.
